1. Overview

RAAH ("the App") is a product intelligence tool for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

2. Information We Collect

RAAH does not collect, store, or process any personal data about your customers. Specifically:

• We do not collect customer names, emails, addresses, or payment information
• We do not track customer behavior or purchase history
• We do not store any personally identifiable information (PII)

The only data RAAH stores is:

• Product trend scores and niche scan results (aggregated, non-personal data)
• Your Shopify store's OAuth access token (required to create draft product listings)

3. How We Use Information

Your Shopify access token is used solely to create draft product listings in your store when you use the "Add to Store" feature. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Product trend data is aggregated across all users to provide niche scanning results. This data contains no personal information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any data with third parties. RAAH uses the following third-party services to operate:

• YouTube Data API — to find trending product videos (Google's privacy policy applies)
• Google Trends — to measure product search momentum
• MongoDB Atlas — to cache scan results

5. Data Retention

Product scan cache data is automatically cleared every 24 hours. OAuth tokens are deleted when you uninstall the app.

6. GDPR & Your Rights

Since RAAH stores no personal customer data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on behalf of your customers. If you have questions about data related to your store's OAuth token, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
